[OS X] Use installer package .pkg properly

I opened up Galaxy installer package with Pacifist.app. Your current installation method is installing everything with postinstall .bash script. This is serious misuse of .pkg concept. Postinstall scripts are not intended for file installation.

Installer package should be used to install files itself (and set correct permissions). You may use multiple installer packages inside main one.

Using installer CLI tool especialy with -allowUntrusted flag inside that postinstall script is even worse.

Use preinstall script to cleanup old files, unload launchdaemonsand sanity checks.
Use postinstall scrip to load launchdaemon.

There should not be any .DS_Store files inside you installer package ;-)

The Galaxy application should just be a .app, .pkg is not the recommended method of distributing apps!
