This would be useful, seeing as the updater has a tendency to fail, and would save the trouble of manually downloading the installer from the Galaxy page on the GOG website, only be told that the same/newer version is already installed.

Really would love this option as sometimes I know there is a new version but it doesn't update straight away.

Would be handy if the website informed you of the latest version so you could manually check in case of a failed update.
