Now that the beta has started I noticed that my alpha client was not automaticly updated. I had to manually download the new version. Would be nice that the client could update itself, if it does this then I could not found any information about it doing so.

I want th option & choice to stay with Galaxy 1.2 or a "Classic Layout" that Looks Like Galaxy 1.2...

I had an update today of 60mb I know its still a beta so there are many updates but I didnt find any log. would be nice to know what the update is about.

just turned OFF "AUTO UPDATE" and ON again, GOG Galaxy startet directly to update my game...so it works quite well i think

The Auto Update Galaxy Client doesn't work for me. I've attempted to update it roughly 25 times by reloading it. It downloads the 54.7 MB file and sits there for about 1 minute, and tells me it cannot update.

Are there any plans to release changelogs? I don't mind getting updates, but I usually like having the ability to see what changed.

Client auto-update is already in since the very beginning, however the beta had a very slow rollout. For now feel free to download the latest Galaxy from your account and just see if the issue will happen again in future. If it does, please report it to our bug tracker, per instructions in this post: www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_galaxy_beta_2/post1

Did you get any notification about it. It would also be nice if there would be button you could use to manually check for updates if it's not updating for some reason.
