Add file checking when downloading extras so we dont redownload what we have.

Currently when you download extras or the game installer it will always download what you choose. Galaxy does not check to see if you already have it and/or if its the current version. It overwrites everything. The GOG downloader was able to handle this perfectly.

When you update features or the game i would just go to the page and click everything and the GOG downloder would only download the changes. Please add this feature into Galaxy, otherwise it makes the process for seeing what we need to download extremely tedious.

This will also help us stateside with bandwidth caps as we are not downloading everything :)

My number one annoyance at the moment. I keep those backuped for all my games and wanted to refresh it, but it just ignores what's there and redownloads everything ... I hope this feature comes soon. Should be a quickwin. Check hash of file to download, check hash of file that's already there. They are the same? Ok, next ...
