I expected it to be more tactical, but whole gameplay reminded me Hotline Miami. It's forcing player to play more aggresively, as usually one mistake means your death and thus replaying whole level. With each restart enemies are located in different rooms and there are 18 different levels, but I don't think they're distinctive enough. Pros: - satisfying gameplay, - equipment opens new strategies, - quite high level of difficulty, - decent replayability for ones who want to get high scores. Cons: - narrow range of enemies, - only one gun (except of pistol when using shield on last levels), - occasional minor bugs, - low tactical possibilities (usually one entrance to building), - some equipment is rather useless, - your partner has a hasty trigger, - story is forgettable. It's not the best polished game out there, but it provides a fun gameplay and it's worth its price. Just don't expect it to be top-down SWAT 4.
