I agree with what some other people are saying on here. If you ignore the fact that this is supposed to be an ultima game, it's actually pretty good. i can see why fans would be so disappointed because it is such a departure for the series. I personally like the game though. If you can forget that it is an Ultima game and your a fan of games such as Gothic, I think you will like it. I love GOG for bringing me games like this. Keep up the great work!!!
The only UT game I've played was UT3 and I didn't care for it all that much. I had low expectations for this game and boy was I wrong. Given this is now a 10 year old game it still has some pretty darn good graphics. And god the gameplay is so gratifying. I love this game and think it's better than the majority of shooters that come out these days. Now it's time to get back to playing it.
