As you can guess from the title this game brings a lot of mixed feelings. If the words Lovecraftian, eldritch and cosmic bring a smile to your face than this is definitely the story for you. You will want to learn more, that is more or less a fact. But you probably noticed that I said story, well that's because the game part is a mixed bag, performance is at the whim of the Elder Gods for all I know, YOU WILL TWEAK AND CHANGE AND TWEAK THE SETTINGS TILL' YOU GET IT RIGHT. But when it comes down to it is an experience well worth it, even with all the technical headaches.
An amazing experience for fans of science-fiction. Make no mistake this is an interactive story and if you enjoy a slow, melancholic and thought-provoking experience you will like this game. You may have to tweek the settings a bit if your system is not a the recommended specs, but otherwise it's exactly what it sets itself as, a companion piece and interactive version of a Stanislaw Lem novel.
The Last Tinker is nice, fun little game. Though it feels a bit more like a proof of concept at sometimes, but the world is interestin, the gameplay more than decent and especially if bought on sale is a no brainer to get. I personally would like to see a sequel that takes it open world and let us explore this fictional universe
POP 2008 is not a bad game, it's fun and colourful and an overall good time, but it suffers from two main problems. One, it's title and the franchise expectations that come with it especially after the Sands of Time trilogy and two the sequel bait ending which is honestly the rougher part. Again it is an enjoyable and fun experience that just barely misses the landing, but stil recommend it.
Darksiders is a fun game pulled back by a few weird porting decisions when it comes to the control scheme and button layout. It is playable on mouse and keyboard, though it does show that the original layout was meant for a controller. Still if you want something that's a cross between Zelda and the original God of War it's worth it.
BG3 is exactly as good as you think, maybe better even. Don't get me wrong it has its problems, everything has, but it's fun, very open-ended from a gameplay point of view and there is a LOT of stuff to see and do, Be warned the restart and redoing your character is strong in this one because of all the choices and permutations, but hey when you're main complaint is there are a lot of options can you really complain? Bought on launch, full price and can honestly say it was a no brainer. Enjoy and have fun.
A fun western-themed shooter, looks good for its age, plays nicely, though the fact that levels are made to be played with both characters means, unlike its predecessor, that some times there is a right and wrong choice... (cough) level 2 stagecoach chase is so much easier as Ray (cough) . On a technical level the game is smooth as silk, at least for me, no bugs, glitches or crashes. But most of all it's just a lot of fun, I got it in the Call of Juarez bundle and I don't regret the purchase.
