Krush Kill ‘N Destroy 2: Krossfire

I liked it

Not a bad game, really. At the time of release strategy games were a dime a dozen and it was faulted for being just another clone of everything else, which is true. The game borrows heavily from many other strategy titles, but innovated little. Not everything needs to innovate though. There's plenty of content and all it imitated it did so with competence. Personally, I liked the graphics and also the game world, which i feel had more variation, colour, and uniqueness than the first game. The AI was also pretty good; it built strong armies, scouted the map and reacted accordingly; going for or avoiding your armies entirely if it could (and decided it would not win a direct battle). If the graphics seem like something you'd like and you feel the crave for a standard base building RTS, i think it's worth a shot.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest

Good, but not great

While the first game was good and did start the WW2 shooter period (which later evolved into the modern shooter period), people are forgetting that it's two expansions were short, brought few new things (usually, it was an extra gun or two) and all suffered from the same issue: you were mostly alone. The moments in which you actually had friendlies next to you were few and far between, and if they died you were left by yourself for the rest of the mission. And they died, since the AI rarely used cover. This meant that most of the time you were alone, fighting the Axis all by yourself while some battle ambient sound was trying to assure you that the Allies aren't pulling a fast one on you. It never really felt epic. In fact, Call of Duty's initial motto was "In war, no one fights alone", being a direct competitor to MoH. Overall, it's not bad. If you really wanna feel of WW2, however, I recommend the first Call of Duty games (CoD1's expansion was the best, in my opinion, with the winter trench battles), or Brothers in Arms.

Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood

Baby's First Commandos

I remember playing this game when I was younger and being instantly caught by it. Basically, it's just a Commandos game, with a few differences and easier difficulty. I was playing it in Russian, and I don't know jack Russian. That's how fun it was. You still had stealth elements, however the game was not as unforgiving if you failed as the other games of the same type (including Desperados). I recommend this game to people as myself, who have always been somewhat intrigued by the Commandos series, but always sucked at it too much to actually pass the first mission. Don't expect anything revolutionary, though, and veterans of the genre will probably not like it as much, however it is a quick fix if you like these types of games and already finished the classics five times in a row.
