Labyrinth Of The Demon King

I Want More

This is so well held together and well made in every aspect I broke my lurk status to tell people to buy it. Very solid experience. I want more.

False Skies

A must play for JRPG nostalgics

I have not yet completed this game, but from what I have played, this is a title worth your time. It's the equivalent to playing handheld Dragon Quest 3, but with modern QOL improvements, and all the expansions on hardware found in modern technology. This is how you remember playing those handheld titles, and it's a brand new title with a new story you can experience for the first time with great joy in heart.

Neat Platformer

It's a fun little game that gets a bit too hard at the end. THe main draw through most of this game is fast based platforming combat, but near the end you have to really take your time and hunt down secrets to make it through the last level.

An Great Horror Experience

I've seen the other reviews, some claiming it to be a walking simulator which isn't really true, some claiming it to be "alright", but honestly I got more scares out of this than I did the entirety of Resident Evil 8, and many modern horror games. It perfectly gets the crypticness and unimiginable horrors of Lovecraft, and provides an amazing setting and plenty of scares based on that setting. A perfect encompassment of many of HP Lovecraft's creatures and fears given form in a way that that just perfectly embodies them. Significantly better than any "Call of Cthulhu" entry I have ever played, especially the most recent. This game has branching paths where you can interact with loads of estranged mythos and alter the path of your player character, meaning it has good replay value, or at least what I interpret as such. The guidelines say each game must stand on its own merit. This game, however short, stands above the merit of its competitors, and I can't help but compare the experience I had with it to the experience I had with others in the same existing genre. That being said, this is also coming from the perspective of a fan of HP Lovecraft. As such, for me, there's a ton of enjoyable and fascinating things to see here, all great references to Lovecraft's work. I recommend this game. It is simple. It's made by one guy, who has managed to embody many of HP Lovecraft's works and his specific style of story telling into one game, something many people seem to overlook when crafting a "Lovecraftian" horror game.

NecroVisioN: Lost Company

A fun romp in WW1

This is a unique FPS from a decade ago as of writing this - where the writing is cheesy at times, but always fun and good. It's written in such a way as to never come off as taking itself too seriously, and the characters make many enjoyable jokes. It's rare of me to leave a review for an FPS to make it seem like an outstanding game, but here I am. There are times where the combat gets tedious, but those times are actually rare. Normally this would be a death knell for an FPS, but the game manages to balance this out with a large array of real life weapons and Combo Fury Kills to keep it fun and accessible, without remaining tiresome for long. The story is pretty simple, but should be enjoyed from your own perspective. The game isn't expensive, so it's worth getting - on sale or otherwise. I hope you guys enjoy fighting dragons, zombies and vampires in WW1 as a crazy german scientist.
