Best space empire simulation there is!

One of 2 games I buy all the DLCs. Great game, good depth, they even managed to fit in some lore and stories. You build any type of empire there, from 40k to star wars and Babylon 5 style empires. Borgs, xenomorphs, ancient decadent races, they have it all! Best space empire simulation there is! And I thought Imperium Galactica 2 on 4 CDs was good

Disco Elysium - The Final Cut

Wonderful. Amazing. Planescape.

For 10+ years I looked for a game that will cause as much emotion, has such a deep story, great characters and soul in it. And not a single RPG even came close, even those who tried to become like one. They all failed, and I thought there is no way anyone can possibly overcome it. And here it is, Disco Elysium. A Deep, well written game, with meaning, lore, realistic characters, music that just hits the right spot. I waited for this game for around a decade, and damn, where have you been all this time. One hundred drunk detectives out of ten. Play it. Feel it. Cry in the corner if you need to, fuckupatoo.

Very good, but rough over some edges

Hey hey mutated people, As someone who wanted more XCOM, but not exactly XCOM, I found something I liked. Its a good tactical shooter, you can aim by yourself, it has a good lore and I was totally shocked when those damn aliens learned how to use firearms. Other human factions are interesting and mist progression looks cool. When you play a defense mission, you can command local defense forces, if you get close to them. This game somewhat customizable vehicles, and you can raise mutant beasts if you are friends with cultists. And, of course, you dont need to rely on your soldiers aim no more, you can take a gun in your hands and shoot the alien with ought this 95% to hit miss. Now, the game has some problems. Characters don't have interesting abilities, except 2-3 classes, items production becomes a huge mess when you develop several types of weapons, there are some issues with micromanagement, especially when you need to produce and assign every grenade manually, and there is a monster called Scylla, which is a mobile nest for aliens and for some damn reason, some dev thought it would be fun for it to be able to jump across the map. At least of you kill it, it takes down an entire alien base, even if you killed her on a random mission. So in general, its a fun game, it has good lore, some micromanagement issues and if you miss some tactical shooters, this is a good option!

Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus

If you play this, you are aready saved

Very good game, interesting, have good characters (do as Videx say or repent), WONDERFUL sound and fun gameplay. It takes some time to learn all the tricks but when you do, game dont stop there, necrons keep throwing more and more challenging stuff at you so you dont get bored. Some fresh air after hours and hours of xcom.

UnderRail

Hey hey people

Hey hey People, Sseth told me to buy it and... it looks good! Like old Fallouts and Arcanum. You make a character, they throw you out in the world and things start to happen a lot. Oh you and you die and get shot a lot too. Ow.
