Like many others I was duped into buying No Man's Sky at launch all the way back in 2016. Despite thoroughly enjoying the initial setup of repairing my ship and launching off into infinite space (core gaming memory right there); beyond that point, NMS used to be a total hot garbage mess of a game. How far it has come... Myseterious, captivating, complex, exciting, gratifying, addicting, larger than life. No Man's Sky has become everything it wasn't at launch, and has grown to become one of my most cherished gaming experiences of all time. The definitive space exploration simulator, if you will.
