Don't Starve

Addictive & Unforgiving Survival

This game keeps drawing me back in, and I found it genuinely difficult! It reminded me of a lot of the survival elements I enjoy about Minecraft, but more fully developed. It truly is a struggle to stay alive in this game and rewards curiosity, everything I wanted from it.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition

Unforgettable

The Witcher 2 has quickly become my favorite game. The combat is intense, the graphics are beautiful, and the storyline stuck with me months after I finished. I keep finding myself coming back to this game, I loved every moment I spent with it. The story is so carefully crafted that one can almost sense a microhistory of the town and its people, (Flotsam, Verden, and Loc Muinne). I loved this game, and hope you give it the same chance! For those unfamiliar with the series: this is not the type of game where you customize your character, like The Elder Scrolls. This is based on a series of fantasy books, and the developers do a good job of sticking to the canon. If you're not into deep storylines and lots of cutscenes with pre-developed characters, this probably isn't for you.
