Scenery is very good, story is nondescript, characters are just passable, control in battle is rather bad. It would still be enjoyable, but there are blocking bugs that seem to depend on the computer the game is played on. My suggestion: avoid it if you play for fun and not for frustration.

This is a strange game: in some scenarios it plays like a RPG (and I found it enjoyable); in others it becomes a parody of a RTS (and I found it totally unplayable). Its concept of strategy seems to consist in repeatedly and predictably throwing big masses of enemies at the player. I don't know if there is some timing problem involved, but on my PC it abruptly becomes unmanageable after about ten scenarios. Too bad because the graphics is good and the programming is solid. I could only recommend it to masochists.

Possibly the best RPG I ever played (and I played an awful lot of them). Refreshingly far from the usual "me good - you bad - me kill you" teenager-style approach. Good graphics and very good programming too: it runs smoothly on my 2006 PC.
