A funny story, interactive scenario and a great character editor it's all ruined by the clunky camera controls and the terrible unresponsiveness of the characters you play.
The background graphic is wonderful and the puzzles get better, but the main characters are really dull and boring, not an improvement from the previous title.

It's not a bad game but the current 4.9 / 5 rating it's exagerrated. The plot is confusing and too much similar to the 1982 movie, very lazy. Lot of pixel hunting. There are almost no puzzles.
The first Lands of Lore is a charming real-time blobber, the second one is a mess.

That's actually the game real title, buy Amnesia: Dark Descent instead.
I liked the isometric view and the ending is fine, but the story is conveyed by the ship personnel diaries. I mean, the main character is on a starship that is going to fall apart, creepy creatures are killing everything, your family is missing and i am supposed to stop every five minutes for reading every entries? At least the game is short
