I truly thought theses kinds of games where died until I found out about spiderweb software and than I found out about gog.com where I could buy all the games in three easy packages. I started playing with second Avernume trilogy and than I played Avernume: escape the pit than I saw the sale on gog.com now I have rest Geneforge is a great series of games I thought to myself how come there's zones instead of one huge world I can walk across. The reason is that during there original releases the geneforge games were massive and filled to the brim with the lasted spiderweb technology which took it's games where they had never gone before. though their newer game Avadon is newer, we will still forever know the geneforge series as having taken spiderweb faithful into the twenty first century and beyond.
