Compared to Fallout 2 playing as low intelligence character is a disgrace. He actually can communicate as normal, while in Fallout 2 it was hilarious and much more fun.
Boring and dull as fuck. Ppl nowdays too dumb so they prefer to repeat same crap over and over again non-stop than to turn "on" their brain
