2K has retroactively changed their EULA. Now they collect literally anything on your computer (including but not exclusively visited websites or payment information for example). Not sure if they are also installing rootkit like software in the gog version like they do in non gog versions. gog should consider banning all 2k games because I dont think that their EULA complies with gogs vision...

Just a few hours in the game. The game itself looks interesting and fun. I especially like the theory crafting aspect (which is inherited from the D&D system) and the possibilities you have in fights. Its superior to the possibilities you had in Divinity Original Sin. In my opinion its neither Divinity Original Sin nor D&D, its a hybrid of both. I like it this way. Also I like the really atmospheric cutscences so far. But straight from the beginning you get bombarded with some woke nonsense like makeing guys with vulvas or girls with penises and you can even choose a imaginary third gender. Its not some subtle addition, its literally crying all the gender identity and trans ideology upfront in your face. Never seen it that worse in any game yet... I really really hope that its primarily the character creator and that the story, quests and the rest in the world isnt also all about the woke propaganda... If all this woke nonsense wouldnt be included I would easily give the game 5 stars, but in the actual state its impossible to rate it better than 3 stars and I hope it even doesnt get worse later on...
