Almost unplayable without mods, can't recommend. Even with mods it's not what you want to play, but if you have incredible desire to play it for some reason - better try Tale Two Wastelands, it's Fallout 3 + Fallout New Vegas on NV Engine with all cool features like Iron Sights, great mod support and many more. Unlucky that Fallout 3 abandoned by devs and modders long ago so I don't see value of game at all. I hope Fallout 4 Next Gen version will appear in GOG, it will be sicc
