Not really feeling the RE remake vibe, though there are some similarities, this game is very linear with little to no back tracking so far, and no storage. Started out hording ammo but it doesn't seem necessary as you end up leaving plenty behind do to inventory limitations. The only bad things I can say about the game so far is that it is very linear and lacks some polish, interacting with items can be finicky and you can't switch ammo types unless you have an empty magazine. If you play with a keyboard and mouse TAB opens the inventory, which isn't listed in the bindings.

graphics are ugly, game starts off in a room where character can only move 2 steps in any direction and the hit-boxes for item is way off, quit the first time without even getting out of the first room, I started it again and made it out of the apartment and through my first battle with some dogs but the graphics, controls and camera angles sapped all joy from it.

It's been a year or 2 since I finished this game, but I was going through my game collection looking to rehash something I had enjoyed in the past and thought this one deserved a review. First off, I the pixel art is fantastic, some of the best for this type of game I can remember... it kept me coming back even though I had quit a few times because I was dying a lot early on. The characters where compelling and I felt like I was the captain of the crew... immersive story, the difficulty was just right for me, the weapons and upgrades felt meaningful and well timed, and I enjoyed this game all the way to the end. Wish I could find more games like this one.
