When I finished the first book, I was in complete awe. I've been waiting YEARS for this, and it was finally here. All my expectations were fulfilled, and then some. I was so absorbed in this, gripping every single moment and dialog the first book had to offer. I finished it in one sitting. Yes it was a bit short, and yeah it had a couple of bugs [which were fixed quite quickly], but oh my god was it an intense experience. The characters are loveable, believable, and diverse. The voice acting is absolutely fantastic. Every decision feels heavy, important, and with far reaching consequences, even without the game telling you that this is the case. And then the second book was released, and ofcourse, I had to replay the first book again, just for a memory refresh. This was the single most amazing I've ever had in an adventure game, and I've played quite a bit of those, to put it mildly. It was much MUCH longer than the first book, the story becomes more and more intense, is gaining more and more momentum, and you finally get to see the consequences of your decisions in the first book. I ended up having a different book one experience entirely, I guess I chose some stuff differently, which was still incredible in every single way. This game has everything. Characters you can love [or hate, if they're bad], funny moments [Shitbot was one of the funniest characters in a PC game I ever seen], tense situations, and mystery all over. You keep wanting to learn more and more about what's going on. The only sad part, is having to wait for it to continue.
