SOMA

Worth it.

Walking around spooky places is not my favorite type of game, but this one was well worth it. The mix of urgency and time to explore the amazing setting felt natural. Not many jumps scares, and not much running from monsters, what keeps you going is genuine interest. Now I'm waiting for it to get dark so I can continue.

Very Good

We don't get good managerial games everyday so if you are at all interested in this kind of stuff you should probably pick this one up. I'm enjoying it a lot, plenty of ingredients, cures, machines, side effects, etc. to explore and play around with. Also, seems like a very polished game, haven't experienced any trouble. Good short tutorial introduces you to the basics but doesn't overstay its welcome. Clear and comfortable UI with rebindable keys for everything. Overall very good.

Love it.

I knew I was going to enjoy a real time, futuristic, squad based game but this is better than I expected. Nicely sized hubs with multiple objectives. Multiple approches to each objective. Lots of abilities to equip each of the classes with. Good controls, visuals and sound. The strory so far is your usual bring-down-the-evil-corp but whatever. Game is great.

Still worth it in 2015?

Yes, it's still worth buying in 2015. The setting and lore is pretty unique and interesting, and the sense of genuine exploration is amazing, no arrow telling you what to do next, you end up actually paying attention and using your brain a little.
