Among the Sleep - Enhanced Edition

May cause Motion Sickness

I want to give this 5 stars, but I can't. For players like myself this game will cause extreme motion sickness due to the first person wobbling as you walk movements. It unfortunately makes the game unplayable and is one of the only 2 games I have purchased from gog that I regret buying. I was only able to make it to chapter 2. Other than that the game is well done and is special in that it helps to recapture the viewpoints and common fears of a 2 year old. The voice acting is good too and eerie in a good way.

Fran Bow

A Twisted Point and Click game

Reminiscent to The Cat Lady, Downfall, Silent Hill, and American McGee's Alice. I'm in the middle of the second chapter as I write this. I've tried a number of point and click games now, so I can say the difficulty is appropriate. The artwork is beautiful as you can see above with interactive dialog. The story takes place in a 1940's asylum and is seen from the perspective of a girl of that era. Fran sees the real world as well as an alternate darker perspective of the world. She uses what she knows of both in order to find her lost kitty, but it appears there are some more sinister things going on as well. This is a true indie game and so it won't be quite as long as some others. It looks like it will be around the length of The Cat Lady and Downfall. So far I am very much enjoying it as I love games like this and worth the $15. You could wait for a sale, but when I saw this I just couldn't wait :)
