"Arx Fatalis" has so many qualities - everything from the atmosphere, storyline, gameplay and overall design is top-notch. Unfortunately, it suffers from a lot of bugs and it's more or less impossible to get it to run well on a modern computer. You will either get a really low frame rate or the game will keep crashing on you (most likely you'll experience both!). I thought I got it working well this last time I played it, but eventually I started getting the "fatal memory error" bug and various other, smaller issues. It is somewhat playable if you have A LOT of patience, though. This game truly deserves 5 stars, but as it is, I can only give it 3. :(

"Arcanum" is, hands down, one of the best games I've ever played. This is the fourth time I've bought it since it was first released. It's a beautiful, deep, complex and very immersive role-playing game. The story is captivating and the characters are truly interesting. The world is large and offers countless of quests and exciting areas to explore. What really makes me love this game (once again!) is the fact that it works, and looks, very good on a modern system. You might run into some issues but most, if not all, can be fixed. I cannot recommend this game more warmly - it's a masterpiece!

"Redemption" is an atmospheric action role-playing game with straightforward and fun (although sometimes messy) group based combat. The storyline may not be the most exciting in a game but the characters are interesting and believable. Add to this a dark medieval setting and plenty of vampire lore and it makes for an enjoyable game. The graphics holds up fairly well, it definitely doesn't look BAD. I've only run into minor bugs and glitches, so it's more than playable. Overall I'm very happy having picked up this game!
