Game is really fun with a terrific soundtrack, if you're one who can actually just enjoy games instead of getting triggered left and right id heartily recommend it, if you think there is a global post modern neo marxist conspiracy to censor your video games because they removed a soap bottle with a gay pun in its name for instance, then you perhaps need to seek outside help. casually played through it for abit longer than 3 hours Very beautiful design and the puzzle pieces advanced in a good pace scaling up the complexity of the puzzles along the way all the way until the end, some places did send me out of bounds but i found my way around those issues, all in all a great game and i would hope there's more like this out there.
Im terrible at these sort of games, but i love it The game is stylish, arcade-ish and forgiving, and makes you want to get up when you fall down. Im horrible at these games but i really enjoy the process in this one of studying the mechanics and improving after defeat, i tend to only try 1 fight a day and throughout the day il just ponder my mistakes and retry the next day, gives me quite the enjoyment and infact im still at it, i have only gotten to the 5th boss and i dont mind if this takes me over a year to complete, i play it super casual simply because thats how i prefer it. The aesthetics coupled with modern interpretation of the electronic 80s era music aka synthwave is just amazing to listen to while struggling to just beat these people up, its worth it for the soundtrack alone.
Quite enjoyable, even for someone like myself who missed the game at launch only to come by it over a decade later, some elements of it are understandably dated, but the game also has elements no longer present in modern rpg's which makes it a still unique and very immersive game, i myself originally played the game to understand what everyone meant, the memes, the classical joke of every time someone mentions deus ex someone reinstalls it, i now understand and appreciate this old classic just as the people who admired and recommended it to me.
