Amnesia: The Bunker

Great claustrophobic horror

It's just you and the monster in the tunnels and small rooms of the bunker. As usual for an Amnesia game, you wake up alone, something horrific happened to the inhabitants of the bunker, and you remember nothing. Take your noisy rechargeable flaslight and your revolver that you never seem to have enough bullets for, and see how far you get before the monster bites your face off.

King's Bounty: The Legend

A true classic

Still works great on Windows 11. The resolution might need some tweaking, but everything else is just as I remembered it from my childhood.

Crusader Kings II: Imperial Collection

Absurd price, great game

Got this on a STEEP discount for 101 euros, but even then it was a price only for true enthusiasts. It's all worth it, the content you get from DLCs easily lasts for over 1000 hours. Many characters, religions, cultures and play styles to choose from. If there was only one game you could play for a year, and you REALLY liked this style of strategy/management game, this is the one.

Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator

Fun potion crafting

Exactly as it says on the title, it's a game about mixing ingredients and selling potions to people. The fun part is that each ingredient moves a little potion on a map, and you have to be clever which ingredients you mix to explore the map and find new potion recipes. The whole process also genuinely looks like you're mixing a potion, even though you're trying to navigate the map. A great way to relax, meeting quirky locals and selling weird potions to them.

Brigador: Up-Armored Edition

Great top down shooter

I like stomping tanks with my mech as 80's music is blasting in my ears. Cool world, nice lore, big guns and lots of explosions.

Metro Exodus

Open world Metro

Metro going back the STALKER roots. Big maps, outposts, loot, hazard zones, even some minor anomalies, but nothing too crazy. Some chapters are linear, so it's not all open world. Performance is great on W10 with an Nvidia card. No major bugs, nothing game breaking, just a crash during a fight in about 15 hours.

The Riftbreaker

Excellent base builder

A great combination of top down horde shooter and base management. Something like Factorio, but with more action and less headaches. Looks a lot like old Blizzard style Starcraft 2, including the definitely-not-zerg enemies.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Definitive Edition

Old but gold

The glory days of 40k, now with slightly better graphics and a much better camera. All campaigns are included, with the original ruleset for each. However, multiplayer follows Soulstorm rules, with all the good and bad that comes with that.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries

The best mech game

Big mechs, big guns, big fights. Time to kill is long, so there's plenty of time to aim, take hits, and hit back. Decent complexity for mech customisation, but DLCs are mandatory for the full experience. Also, the game is mod friendly. I use performance mods and an AI mod to make the squad less terrible.
