I like the violent overthrow of a tyrannical government as much as the next guy, but I got bored after about half an hour of playing. 4/5 for the theme, 2/5 for the gameplay.
This game lands somewhere in my top five favorite games of all time. Zombies start out as a real threat, but as you climb the multiple skill trees you gradually become a zombie slaying machine. People comment that they weren't that into the story, but I enjoyed it. Years after release they still make new DLC and run in-game events which is pretty nice as well.
