Buy game, yet doesn't show as owned

If you activate the game with prime gaming, it won't be recognised on this page. Even though it is exactly the same game. I have the habbit of wishlisting games, and I love quake so I have to remind myself that it is already in my library, and not buy it again. This is annoying. It happens constantly with Bethesda games, wether it is activated with prime or even bought directly. They seem to keep different IDs for the same game so that it doesn't show as owned to you.

Check it in your library first

Bethesda is scummy. Sadly they keep removing the previous game I bought from the store, and adding it again (the same game!). This means GOG can't match the game ID with the one in my library. I always have to double check with all their games to make sure I don't double purchase. Check first, before buying.

Not another steam platform

Why is this game even allowed on your store GOG? DRM free online. That's why I came here, otherwise steam does a better job with DRM.
