This edition is definitely the choice to buy for new game buyers, just because no other option. But that's all. As for those who bought Enhanced Edition from GOG, Techland still does not have to offer anything. ** Just Bells and whistles: No new content ** From Enhanced Edition this one differs with skins (cute, but no gameplay change). ** No upgrade from Enhanced Edition ** Intention to make some bucks from game without developing practically anything (just new skins) is understandable. But to make money not offering upgrade (free or paid) and, instead, pushing full re-buy for those who supported game in past - it's just showing no respect to previous buyers. ** No Dockets service or equivalent ** GOG is not supported with Techland's Docket service, which adds new weapons (DO gameplay change a bit) & skins for codes spread in media. Not really good way to show they support GOG's way of distribution. As a final word. No offense, Techland, you make games I like sometimes, but I don't like you.

Nowadays we definitely know the network service game depends could be used for DRM purposes. But, also, service dependence means there will be no network play when (not if but when) service will be shut down... Not really good approach for "good old games" - there're many good old games with dead multiplayer, and looks like we've got another one. My personal position - won't buy this DLC (even with 100% discount) until the situation fixed (it lacks just one field for IP address), but surely buy it for full price after that (to show support). It's not Steam, it's GOG.
