Katana ZERO

Hotline Miami meets Bullet time

If you loved Hotline Miami and wanted more of it, this is a game for you. The pixel art is both great looking and with modern effects, like lightning, acid trips and VCR effects. The story is engrossing and told through timed prompts that feel great (unlike much maligned quick time events). The gameplay which is the core of these types of games is smooth, and the deaths rarely if even feel cheap. There are a few instances where dying will force you to redo a large section, and it can get a bit tedious. As others have noted, the story is sadly incomplete. However, at this price and this level of quality, I'd gladly pay for another DLC.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Only flaw is that it ends

My only complaint, is that the game at some point ends. At that point I felt a profound sense of loss that not even NEW GAME + could help with. Anyway, a great game, I managed to get hundreds of hours of fun out of it - just exploring every nook and cranny of Skellige/Touissant/Velen.
