Outstanding
If you grew up watching Go Nagai's Mazinger Z and its following series then this game is a must for you! I love the artwork (very classic just like the original). The gameplay, the acting, the story telling. All superb. I give this game a 5/5 stars.

Not bad, not realy good, nice passtime
If you're looking for a AAA, this is not your game. I like it because it bring to me memories more than the game itself is really good. Graphics are at PS2-3 level, and the mechanics are so simple, but could be so much repetitive. I'm happy to buy this one in a sale, if the price was 100% I would be dissapointed. Now a days I would buy it again...

Play it if you're a fan
Anime games have a reputation of not being very good. Unfortunately Grendizer does follow the same reputation, is repetitive, easy, and can get quite boring when you doing the same type of missions over and over again. Even then... I can't say is a complete cashgrab. They bring back the music, voice actors and even some animations are straight from the show. This was made by people who are fans of the show and put as much passion and effort they could with the time and budget they have. So here is my advice: If you're a fan of the show. Buy the game on sale, play it, then go watch the anime again (the og one not the reboot). You'll have a good time.
