Very fun
The game reminds me of a cross between a simpler version of Sims and a more versatile version of Cityville. The illnesses are very amusing

Full experience requires online internet
Some of the content is missing from the game if you are not playing online and connected to SEGA's servers. This is content in the single-player game gated behind online activity. Search for "The Superbug Initiative" to find out more. Some important items for hospital design, like "Ectovat" (to clean up ghosts for benefit) are gated behind this system and are unavailable if you are attempting to play offline.

Fun relaxing game
This game is first off, very easy to learn. New elements are introduced step by step. Challenges rise very slowly in difficulty. Graphically it looks just silly enough to not take itself to seriously. The names, the machines and the so-called illnesses add to the humour. For me it is the perfect game to relax with. Though I also easily lose track of time. "Oh I'll only play for half an hour or one mission" - 3 hours later... So yeah, fun, funny, relaxing. Worth your while if this is your kind of game.

Fantastic Game
Hoping we get Two Point Campus here on GOG - I'd pick it up right away. These games have so many options for building and management, you really get to make each hospital your own. The humor is great too. Oh, and the soundtrack is amazing.
