Tomb Raider GOTY

Wow, this is amazing, a few days ago I was wondering why some good games still didn't have on GOG, and I was deleting (with a pain in the heart) some Steam games because they're NOT DRM-FREE and among them was my collection of Tomb Raider after that, by coincidence or not, I opened the GOG website and look how wonderful... I bought it without mercy, if GOG managed to put Capcom and Sega with the exception of Valve games, I would leave Steam.

My only issue with it is that about 6 times, Lara gets tossed around in old vehicles and buildings in the middle of falling apart, almost gets crushed by falling rubble, slides down a mile of slopes or river rapids, falls 5 meters onto cold hard stone - then says "urgh, that hurt" in her posh accent and walks away with no injury.

I am writing this review after getting 100% achievements on GOG. This was my first Tomb Raider game. On GOG, Tomb Raider only provides the single player story which makes getting 100% achievements on this game easier. Tomb Raider is a blast from start to finish. This origin story of Lara Croft is thrilling, the gameplay is phenomenal, the graphics are great!! The only drawback of the game is that some achievements, did not unlock for me during my first playthrough despite completing the task required to get them. I did face the same issue when I had played it on steam some years back. On second and third playthroughs, I managed to get all the remaining achievements. Overall it is an amazing game and I highly recommend it.

Story, puzzles, combat. I liked them all but QTEs at the beginning of the game drove me crazy to the point of deleting the game. Fortunately, after an hour or two there weren't too many QTEs. Great game and I'd totally recommend it.

The game is excellent in almost all aspects, and feels fresh after so many years. Recomend
