A Classic
Among the Diablo-spawn ARPGS, this one stands out for its creative and incredibly entertaining use of Greek mythology. The quirky, monster-heavy, gods-mingling-with-mortals lore lends itself well to this kind of adventure. Having played more modern versions that seek to iterate on Diablo-- Path of Exile, for example-- I still consider Titan Quest the best of them. Unlike some other reviews, I love Diablo 3 (well, what Diablo 3 became after a year or so), but the setting and characters in TQ are much more interesting to me. Of course, the source material is loaded with potential, and TQ doesn't squander it. It is loot-heavy, sometimes to an overwhelming degree, but that is worlds better than the stingy drops of some games. Like most ARPGS, you'll end up ignoring or filtering out anything below a certain color, but the upgrades are doled out at a satisfying clip. Can't speak to the multiplayer, but this game is worth 20 dollars easy, and at 4.99 it's a steal.

Still a great game...
Wonderful game from days past. Only thing im sad about is. They took the skins out of this verison. Esc Unlock content still works for some lvl 30 items, but the skins for male/female have been removed. So if you have the Immortal throne version your lucky...

Stands up well - an epic adventure
Thanks to all the love this title has got over the years, it still stands up well in 2019. It is a truly epic adventure, with baddies and loot galore. Fantastic fun to play, and not a single technical glitch in sight

Best game
I am not buying this game only because I already own it. It is my favorite game of this genre. My wife and I have finished the game together 3 times and I have finished it alone twice. There are few games worth 50 dollars. Titan Quest is one of them. Two things to remember: buy it; and wind and sun at back, not in eyes.
