Massive, massive time sink of a game, for mostly the wrong reasons. Your starting character RUNS slower than the one from Oblivion SNEAKS. Also, "running" constantly drains Fatigue, an extremely important statistic that influences hit %for melee (undoubtedly the main source of the "miss miss miss" meme) and cast % for magic, and is insidiously UNEXPLAINED by the in-game tutorial. The map is huge and you will spend a LOT of time walking while doing various quests, even utilizing the (limited) fast travel system in the game (including teleports). There is a semi-joke magic item you can acquire in the course of an obscure side quest which will boost your move speed to tolerable levels (to wit: still slower than the Hero of Kvatch's base run speed), but it also blinds you, which can be overcome by a specific series of actions you probably won't think of without a wiki or guide (like the item itself). That last part needs to be stressed. Morrowind is lauded as having very little "handholding" but that is sometimes a detriment. Can't land hits? Brew or buy a "fortify attack" potion. Don't know who sells it or what ingredients you need? Ask and check the inventory of every NPC in every town, collect herbs and combine them randomly for dozens of hours OR... simply look it up on a wiki. Need to improve your alchemy skill? Make potions for hours OR find an alchemy trainer (search for hours or wiki). Need money for training? Spend hours doing quests, sell high level loot to various merchants depending on your Barter skill and how much they like you... or find (on a wiki) one of two obvious Easter Egg joke merchants that will buy anything at base value. The above aren't pure negatives. Morrowind is very freeform and you can spend literal hundreds of hours "immersed" in it, exploring the world and its mechanics and lore, akin to an MMO. However, to "play" it practically requires regularly consulting some sort of guide. Whether that spoils the process or not is up to the player.

Its a good game, but a Game breaking bug at vivec informant quest made waste hours trying to find a solution to this guest and i cant finish the game.

I will wait for the Polish language and then I will buy it. I play RPG in my native language - only then I feel the atmosphere of the game, such as in Fallout New Vegas, The Witcher 1 - 3, Mass Effect 1 - 3 + Andromeda, Baldurs Gate, Cyberpunk etc. There is no Polish language? I'm not buying.
