Almost good.
NB: Played Switch ver., PC version may or may not have bugs patched already. PRO: Core gameplay is fun and engaging. Marketing is misleading, tho. This is NOT a racing game. Looks like WipeOut, but it's EveryExtendExtra's spiritual successor. CON: UX is half-backed at best. 0) You fast-respawn a lot to skip tons of fluff animations. If you do it after a good run — you loose your points. 1) Numerous quality-of-life bugs and warts: problems with controls' remapping (on Switch at least), confusing transition from tutorial to gameplay, death/respawn animations are long and break game's fast-paced vibe — see pt. 0 2) Repetitive, cheap OST. One musical phrase looped over and over. Steady beat helps time your evasion manouvers, so turning music of is a no-no. But listening to ain't no fun.
