El Capitan
Superb Game. Sadly its not working anymore since i updated to OS X El Capitan. Hope it will be fixed soon!

Clunky controls. Unplayable
Controls are super clunky. I remember them being a lot better in the original. The right mouse button now does nothing and the port over to the mac has ruined the fun with bad controls making it useless to play.

Kinda fun, but nothing like the original
Stronghold Crusader is alike the original in all respects bar the pace, which for me entirely ruins the game for me. I enjoy the pressure of having to build up your economy and military and balance the two, but to be doing so when the enemy is so close is just dumb. Strike that, it was only fun for the first 3 missions, and even then there was no true challenge, only a rush at the start and a need to use brute force to win out against the never-ending fire-pits
