Nostalgic & entertaining
I played this many years ago and loved it. Reliving it again. Challenging, a bit annoying at times, but funny and super nostalgic. Love it.

So much fun (but keep a walkthru handy!)
This game has a special place in my heart. It's not for everybody (and I heartily recommend keeping a walkthrough handy!) but to see Douglas Adams' opening and closing monologues, to see Monty Python cast members in various roles, it's a bumpy road but one worth traveling.

random cause and effect
I got annoyed at the random cause/effect nature of the game so I didn’t finish. I only gave it a try because I saw the box on the shelf as a kid and I was curious about it. No rhyme or reason to any of the puzzles. It is pretty to look at and the interface is novel, but maybe the book is better.

Disapointing
I love douglas Adams' story. But this game is just disappointing. Bad controls, it's hard to find some doors or lifts. The hole gameplay is far away from any logic. Even with walkthrough it was no fun at all. The music is really anoying. For mee it's just a poor game story using DA name for marketing. Safe your money.
