You are the Captain

You Have the Bridge
Take responsibility for the fate of your ship and crew, directing maneuvers, giving orders and managing individual stations. Your crew memebers call out pertinent information on the ship's status and wait for your response.

You are in Control
Take charge in a host of offensive and defensive scenarios. Master many complex maneuvers as you take the helm in combat, exploration, stealth and search and rescue missions.

Witness Real-Time Damage
Endure the threat of annihilation as objects collide and your ship sustains and inflicts real-time damage in the heat of battle.

Best Star Trek Space Combat Game Ever

What else to say? N o other game really nailed it like Bridge Commander. While I loved Academy and Command games, this one just really knocked it out of the park. Been playing since I bought it on disc on release. Wish they'd do it again one day with a new story line and characters.

Fun Trek game

Had this game on the original dvd, and happy to now own it on GOG as well. Fun game with an interesting storyline and some familiar face/voices

Barely works

This game barely works. Either your stuck with an 800x640 display that is extremely pixelated or you have to hunt down hacks/mods online to improve the games resolution. However in my experience the mods cause the game to fail to launch 9 times in 10.

Slightly Quirky, but loads of fun.

Still a great game to revisit, but I wish it was a bit more stable. Outside of the occasional crash/lockup, it is one of my favorite games to play.
