Designed for stalkers who want a deeper, more immersive journey, GAMMA integrates over 400 hand-picked mods into a single, finely balanced package. No manual modding required, just install, survive, and adapt.

  • True Progression – every piece of gear must be earned. Travel deeper into the Zone to unlock better weapons, armor, and tools, but be prepared for the deadliest threats it has to offer.
  • Overhauled Economy & Looting – no more buy-sell comfort loops. GAMMA removes easy trading and randomized stash rewards, forcing you to scavenge, craft, and survive through intent, not convenience.
  • Body Part Damage & Medical System – injuries now target specific limbs. Managing bleeding, pain, infection, and exposure requires medical planning and a full survival kit; bandages alone won’t save you.
  • Artifact Progression – artifacts must be carefully empowered and combined. Instead of instant benefits, they offer meaningful long-term progression.
  • Custom UI & Visuals – enhanced menus, immersive shaders, redesigned HUD elements, and improved performance ensure every moment in the Zone looks and feels intense.

The best singleplayer experience for me

I’m in my thirties and have played more games than I can count. I’m especially fond of shooters and RPGs. I loved the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. titles and even read the novels. GAMMA is the ultimate modpack that pulls everything together into a coherent, fully realized experience. Be warned: It’s challenging and unapologetically rough. It looks and sounds incredible. You can get lost in the progression grind, or you can slow down and just immerse yourself in the atmosphere, the tension, and the phenomenal soundtrack. Enemy AI is actually competent - far better than in many newer AAA shooters. If you want to play a game that rewards learning its systems, respects your time, and constantly generates memorable moments within its sandbox, play this. Nothing else comes close. Aaand it is going to become even better. It is my gamer dream come true!

Best modding community ever!

This is by far my favorite mod for Stalker but just in general this is my favorite modding experience when comparing it to any other game. If I could only recommened one mod ever, it would be GAMMA.

You want pain and suffering in a form of a game, i got you. Now 10x easier to install and enjoy the chest pain produced by chimera jumping at you from behind. 10/10
