Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell®

The game is one of the best stealth games ever. It does show its age in some areas but still great. Recommend if you like stealth games

I go through the campaign once a year. Such a good storyline and voice actors, Michael Ironside (Fisher) and Don Jordan (Lambert) make the absolute best team.

While some not enjoy the dated title, it absolutely holds it's charm still. A little rought around the edges, it laid down some ground work for the modern day stealth title. If you want a good ole one, this is one you shouldn't skip out on.

Next to the Metal Gear Solid series and Thief, Splinter Cell was further pushing the genre forward and making it even more accessible to broader ranges of audiences, while simultaneously being a spearhead for Tom Clancy's stories in videogame form. While the age does show, especially in terms of difficulty, the creative and unique gameplay, lighting, paired with the innovative stealth gameplay, platforming, and high-tech gadgets make this game a true delight. I was hooked the whole way through, and Michael Ironside delivers an amazing performance as Sam Fisher. It's clear why this game went on to become an enthralling franchise of seven games.

This game is so excellent way back in 2000s, it was one of the most learning curve experience, like if you want to pass the guards successfully you must know when to proceed with timing or if you wanna kill all those in your way will ok but doesnt feel satisfying since the design of game caters in more play like a casper(ghost) or ninja style approach with lots of trial and error :D, But as its stands today it suffers glitches, clunky controls and very linear design like mission you get into forced firefight and have limited options. On the other hand this game still holds up day. I recommend this game especially on sale and im waiting for pandora and chaos theory in GOG.
