Описание
You're on a path in the woods, and at the end of that path is a cabin. And in the basement of that cabin is a Princess.
You're here to slay her. If you don't, it will be the end of the world.
She will do everything in her power to stop you. She'll charm, and she'll lie, and she'll promise you the world, and if you let her, she'll kill you a dozen times over. You can't let that happen. Don't forget, the fate of the world rests on your shoulders.
You're not going to listen to him, are you? We're supposed to save princesses, not slay them...
Features
- A princess. She's very bad and you have to get rid of her for all our sakes.
- No, the Princess isn't a cosmic horror. She's just an ordinary human Princess, and you can definitely slay her as long as you put your mind to it.
- Don't even think about trying to romance her. It won't end well for you.
- Hopefully you won't die. But if you do, you'll die a lot. Be careful and stay focused on the task at hand!
- Time loops No time loops. Don't be ridiculous. Time is a strictly linear concept and it certainly doesn't "loop," whatever that's supposed to mean.
- A branching narrative where what you say and what you believe determines both your build and how the story unfolds.

It’s about the interpersonal relationships that can wound us, make us versions of ourselves we never imagined, yet teach us. It is a damn good story, and one worth experiencing.

A story that is a must experience. All of the stories... up there with the few games that draw out tears.

Great Idea, Great Start, What else?
There's a lot to enjoy in here. I loved the premise of this game, the art, the voice acting(except for the princess), the dialog, the mood, the setting, the foundation, the ambition, and the start of this weird adventure... But I'll get into SPOILER territory when I ask where does it go from there? My answer is just a big circle that had me clicking my mouse button faster and faster as the game went on. Sure it's a time-loop game, but when the whole payoff is just a different version of the princess each time, I kept wanting something more. Maybe there is, but I saw the credits role after a few hours and that was enough. The game even explicitly tells you at one point(in a certain timeline) that nothing you choose matters and that's how I felt as I kept proceeding silently toward the cabin. Kill her, don't kill her, whatever. So I enjoyed the adventure and would like to see what might happen in the future because of this game's influence, but I wish I hadn't spent twenty bucks on it lol.

it's a love story
Slay the Princess is full of surprises and extremely fun to play through, again and again, to see what possibilities have been written into the story. It is a bit surreal and dreamlike, so don't go in expecting a grounded explanation for the story.
