Great classic game
Been playhing this game since it was released in 2003. Still love it, nothing can beat this game in my opinion.

My Favorite city builder
This is the best raw city builder game. I wish they refresh this game with today's graphics.

Fantastic but not out the box
You need to be familar with simtropolis and neceesary patches, fixes, and since it's from 2003 you need an extra command line to make it widescreen. Then you can download buildings and mods and unlock the greateset city simulation ever

Probably the best of the SimCity series
Great game - great city building sim. Little more to it than SimCity3K, but not so difficult or complex as Cities: Skylines with the DLC or city cims. Truly a great game to play for a half hour or so at a time, and you won't feel like you're drowning in details.

A timeless classic
I know there are way way WAAAAAAAAAY more modern games in this genre out there, but I just can't stop playing SC4, I love its' isometric charm, I love its' music and sounds, I love the cute little cities I can build, the charm of this game is infinite!
