Shivers II: Harvest of Souls

Several elements of the game feel interconnected like the solutions of the original Shivers game, however it falls flat in several areas where if you miss a click, you are lost without a viable solution and have no way of knowing what you failed to click on. There's a lot to love here, but I strongly recommend referencing a walkthrough every time you get stuck because odds are you didn't notice an interactive element in an unlikely location.

Love the puzzles, atmosphere, and music in this classic point-and-click adventure from Sierra. Don't miss it if you love the genre!

Bizarre and surprisingly complex backstory in this one

1997 and Sierra was still trying to cash in on the success of 1993's Myst. So they did the 2 Shivers, who take place in Arizona, and are 2 first person puzzle games, full o FMV, full motion videos (it was the Nighties after all). The story is nice, but some puzzle are almost impossible. I reccomend this game only to the completionist like myself, who want to finish all the Sierra's catalogue.

classic point and click adventure horror game. Highly recommned. Puzzles are challenging but not too over the top. Such an absolute classic!
