Fun and tiring at the same time

While it is a fun game and an interesting take on the stealth idea. Numerous shortcomings take a bit of the fun away. * a real open world would have been nice, because some roofs are inaccessible. * a bow would be blast in this game. * a proper AI with a larger variety of enemies. (enemies and the little girl) The extension pack is really difficult should one attempt a stealth run; more enemies ... way more. It is even slightly unfair or it feels this way. You need a lot of luck to get this done and especially Lily makes it difficult to get through nicely. A fun game ... but too restricted or limited.

Good but something is missing

I enjoyed it. The gameplay is original and the game is nice. First of all, you have two game in one. If you chose not to kill or to kill, the gameplay and the strategy will be totally different. If you chose to kill everyone, the game will be easier. But if you chose too be sneaky beayky this will add some challenge who is really welcome. The plot is thin but sufficient. Some blackspots : Overall it's quite repetitive (but still very fun) and buggy. There is only two types of enemies and there is only maybe 4 or 5 voices for all of them. The IA lacks of intelligence. The game is good but it could be much more. That's a shame.

GNU/Linux-version not working for me

I'm still unable to run the GNU/Linux-version due to a segmentation fault at start. And though i successfully installed it in Wine and could launch it, it's not really playable since all the menues are invisible. Can't tell if it's just my hardware configuration or system, which is responible for the inconveniences, but as long as i can't play it was a waste of mony for me.

Should've bought on Steam

I liked this game. Fairly simple to learn, but difficult to master some aspects. There were some problems, mainly with AI doing erratic things that'd result in you instantly dying (i.e. even though being beyond normal hearing range, doing a 180 turn and firing a crossbow bolt into your head before even finishing their turn to see you). Rewind is SO much better than a quicksave, IMO. Unfortunately, it makes it very difficult to actually save the game. And this leads me to my problem with the GOG version: nobody can tell me where to find my save files for the GOG version, which hasn't got cloud support, even though the Steam version does. Achievements don't unlock if you play offline, so I figured maybe I'd come back to this some day and replay it, but if I can't back it up properly that'll require I play the entire thing all the way through instead of mission by mission, and some of them were done online and so I got achievements and DON'T need to replay them. If it had cloud saves I'd give it four stars. They're obviously possible.
