Game does not start
While game was free, it seems that is only a temporary giveaway, so I add this as a caveat for future buyers: Game does not even start, it plays the Volition intro movie, then exits with 'SR2_pc.exe has stopped working'. I am quite happy I did not actually pay anything :)

Not as good as it sounds
Controls are done really bad, especially for flyers. Unlike GTA the game does not feel very immersive and constantly annoys the player with unfair spawning behind and cars disappearing as soon as you look away for a second, cars not obeying to controls and flyers behaving like a flying elefant. Technically graphics and sound are ok for the age and the gameplay is good and stacked with some minigames. Some of them are really tough and are no fun to repeat over and over again though. So in the end: A driving game where driving is no fun has a problem. The only interesting part is the control of the city though it is more of a story walk trough than real planning.

Horrible Controls
I don't understand how anyone is able to play this. If you use a mouse and keyboard, your character will fling themselves about the room at top speed. You can fix this by using a controller, but then your aiming reticle flings itself about instead. I've tried setting my character to always walking and lowered the stick sensitivity down to it's minimum, and at best that flings yourself about slightly less.

Crashes on launch
Sadly, the game crashes on launch for me, even with the gentlemen of the row mod. Disregard the highest rated review. Sadly it isn't true. Still, considering I got it for free, thanks gog!
