You should not buy it untill it patched
There is few problem with this game: - it is shorter then 1st game - story is uninteresting - its incredibly buggy Tryin to reload saves for 10+ times just to see if there will be bug or not is ruined this game for me.

Huge Improvement over the first
I am sad to admit that as much as i tried to i couldn´t get into POE1.. Tried several times and always gave up. I decided to try POE2 to see if it could resparkle that baldurs gate 2 flame in my heart and i´m glad i did. It´s a huge improvement over the last product, with lots of voice acting, better animations, better graphics, an overhauled and much more interesting battle system with intricate AI configurations you can tweak for optimal tactical supremacy. honestly, it´s just good. i am quite happy with it, highly recommend it to anyone that likes baldurs gate and crpgs in general

Boring...
I loved Baldurs Gate (1 and 2) and also liked very much the first Pillars of Eternity, but this one in my opinion is a big step behind. Yes the graphic is very nice (better then the first Pillars) but the game is mediocre, the story is just... boring. Also the game is not very well balanced, you'll soon feel a demi-god crushing everybody and everything (at least at normal difficulty) with some absurd very high spikes of difficulty (like the end of Beast of Winter). Wait a very cheap price if you really want to play it. Avoidable.
