Installs & plays good enough for me.
I didn't have any download or installation problems using the Galaxy client. Stock HP tower, i7-6700, 12gig, GTX 960, Win 7pro, playing at 1080p thru HDMI on a TV. Due to space limitations the game is installed on my data drive not my C: drive. This is my style of game. I am terrible at shooters, I just can't master the skills those games need. But NMS is just my speed. Almost nothing is trying to hunt me down or kill me.Except the occasional pirates and plant or sentinel. I've only been to 3 planets & 1 space station. With just that small sample I've found way more than I could ever possibly explore so I just end up moving on. It's likely that I will get bored with just explore & upgrade gameplay but its too soon to tell, only 16 quintillion planets to go. At least I'm not getting killed every 10 minutes. Its a pretty game, kind of like the old Myst or Riven. Not all good though. I'm playing with borders so I can alt-tab in and out of the game. I've made the recommended changes from the internet to the graphics and I still get the occasional stutter and hitch. I'm not real happy with the lack of save gane and restore options. It could really use some kind of guide to explain what all the on screen icons are. Also needs some way to track where I've been on planet so I can go back to those places.
