Superb; EE worth every cent!
Good gosh, the internet just brings out so much whining and petulance -- most of it from men. I'm a man too, and we need to grow up. On the game: if you loved NWN, you'll love this. The stability and back-end improvements are worth it alone, and the forthcoming asset upgrades are going to be great. The game plays smooth and crash free. The EE has, as well, pushed brilliant community members to refine and republish EE versions of their own work -- e.g., Aielund Saga. Get the game! It supports Beamdog's work bringing these great titles back and supports too the NWN community.

Yeah No I Wish I Didn't Buy It
Like the title says its not a good game. Obsolete by today's standards sadly. Dated visually and hard to look at. Clunky is an understatement as the controls will never be fluid by today's norm. Boring because the writing is like modern Bethesda wrote a Bioware game. How is this a Bioware game?! Multiplayer is the way the game is built. If you play this alone you will not get far into the game as its balanced for 2-4 people at one time. Honestly wish I didn't buy this, might not buy anything else on GOG again. Too many scams on here.

Very expensive sweetfx/reshade upgrade
Well... first the positive: Neverwinter nights is an ok game. The expansions are pretty good though. There are some very good mods available, so there's lots of potential. The bad: This is a very expensive sweetfx preset. There are some new effects that are barely noticeable. Other than that, it's exactly the same game as the original. For an "enhanced" edition, it is really the bare minimum. It's just an extremely lazy upgrade. Not much more than a sweetfx/reshade (although those two offer more enhancements than this lazy version) Conclusion: I would give the original NWN 3.5 stars for it's gameplay, but it didn't really age well graphically (it was already ugly when it was first released). For this lazy cashgrab I can only give one star. Any real enhancement just isn't there. It's almost exactly the same. It isn't worth the full price. Grab it at a sale for 75% off or more, but don't expect any real enhancement.

They pulled the original from the store to stick it in this hideous cash grab. Absolutely no respect for the classics and the gamers. #BoycottGOG
