Certified slop gameplay
The game revolves around clearing out locations. Most of it feels like a filler to drag out the playtime by gatekeeping story bits behind grind The world is static. The whole city is very pretty but it's poorly simulated. There is hardly anything to do in it besides completing the same objective over and over to unlock story content. Immersive traffic laws from previous mafia games are gone, you just speed to your next objective all without a break. Cars drive like tanks on steroids, they are fast but insanely durable. Driving physics feel very primitive. All this make driving really boring to me, and there is a lot of driving in this game Personally, I got really tired of this game because there are no slower moments. Outside of short cutscenes there is just action, action action. There is no, for example driving around with some other character to get to know them better, or performing some lower-risk job from time to time. I give two stars because at least shooting mechanics are fun and well done. However, after 10 hours I'm so bored and tired of the gameplay, I gave up.
