Mad Max

I have played this game for ~ 412 hours on steam, so I quite like it. I've begun a new playthough of the game with GOG, since I've learned this version has all DLC :) I love the Mad Max universe, the movies & this game :) Here's the copy/pasta of my review of it from Steam: If you like cars, mayhem & punching people in the face - then this game might interest you. The game can get kinda repetetive, but overall I think it's a good game, especially if you like smashing peoples brains out with your metal covered knuckles or a 30" wrench. And if someone or something has been frustrating you irl, fire up this game, and take out all your anger on Scrotus's warboys by beating them to a bloody pulp. 10/10 would recommend for anger management.

The man story line car races are just too hard and there is no difficulty modifier. It's a faked difficulty since the car handling outside the race is much better than inside the race. Since I won't run the race 100 times trying to beat it I had to just quit the game.

Picked this game up on sale because I am a huge fan of the films and desert shennanigans in general. After playing a solid 30% of what this game has to offer I can say this: It has definitely earned a lot of the griping from its original launch, but it's also not unplayable. At the end of the day it feels like a polished indie game, so you will see and hear A LOT of recycled sets, NPCs, and the same half a dozen or so voice performers delivering samey sounding lines. The story is "meh" but on par with the likes of the original Mad Max trilogy. Tough, rugged, burly people doing tough, burly, rugged things in the australian desert. Serviceable enough to drive the action forward and give you an excuse to explore the expanded environment around Gastown. For $5-10, you could do A LOT worse. If you are a fan of the newer, shinier, smarter Mad Max/Furiosa films, this ain't your ride. But if you just want to shut your brain off and go play in the desert without suffering the heat, this game has got you.

Плюсы: - Охеренный мир, всё очень классно детализировано и проработано, прямо образец того, как надо делать пост-апок - Лор мира - Графоний, игра и сейчас выглядит не дурно - Безумный Макс - Создание своего собственного перехватчика, я создал Razor Cola - В целом сюжет, катсцены Минусы: - Реальный геймплей с прохождением сюжета на два часа, всё остальное это фарминг лагерей, пещерок, мест поживы и прочего говна - Тот самый фарминг всего и вся - Душноватая прокачка Макса, которая конечно на геймплей влияет, но не то, что-бы сильно - Абсолютно шизанутый, поехавший кукухой Макс 8 поехавших Максимов из 10
